Please remember you are buying a second-hand item. It will show signs of age and wear.
If you are unhappy with the item or the service, contact us.

To be eligible for a refund for a damaged package, you must complete the following steps:
*please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery.

*Photographs of the damaged item and the packaging, on both inside and outside of the box, must be taken (all parts)!!!

*A damaged report from your local post office was completed and signed by both parties.

*Retain the original package as well as the damaged item until we have resolved the issue with the delivery company.

Returns must first be approved by us!

There will be no refunds for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Duty taxes on return items are the buyers’ responsibility!

Conditions of return:
Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

My package arrived damaged or is lost. Can I get a refund?

We want that you, our client, to be satisfied with your purchases; all our items are insured for loss and damage.

To qualify for a refund, you must follow this instruction:

*Send us an email or a message within 24 hours of delivery;
*Photos must be taken of the damaged article and the packaging, inside and outside the box (all parts)
*Damaged report from your own post office, completed and signed by both parts.

Returns and refunds must be approved before returning to be sent back.

Please note:

The buyer will pay all Postal Charges, (outbound and inward).
***International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes for shipping to their respective countries.
Your responsibility is to pay any buyer duties, taxes, import fees, etc., that you purchase may be subject to. Additionally, all customs forms will reflect the item’s purchased price.

In the case of non-delivery, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items that are refused/unclaimed will be subject to a restocking fee equal to the shipping costs and 25% of the item’s value.

Redelivery: must be paid by the buyer shipping costs, insurance for loss and damage, Etsy fees, and 15% of the item’s value (repackaging, rechecking, resending).

Dear customers, from our experience with various carriers, we advise you that you do not accept the packages if they arrive damaged and report the problem!
